Meet Emma Louise

DSC_0509.jpg

Hi y’all, my name Emma but God calls me Louise (it is my confirmation name).

Thanks for joining me as I walk with God in red shoes.

I love photography, sunsets, flowers, babies, scripture, and all things red.
I live in Vermont (though sometimes I pretend I’m from the south – y’all just makes more sense and sweet tea is a must!).

I am a youth minister for three wonderful Catholic parishes. I spend my days glorifying the Lord in teaching and showing middle and high school age kids how to live their faith in this crazy world.

Recently I’ve realized that there are so many fun traditions in the Catholic church and ways to celebrate them so I wanted to have a place to write down all the ideas. I hope you join me in celebrating the Catholic faith throughout the year.

I have always thought that reading and writing were work so I started blogging to not only share my story but to have fun writing – we will see 🙂

So, come explore my journey with prayer, faith, work, and friends as Catholic Young Adult.

If you’d like to read more about why I love red shoes, click here.  (fun fact: I only wear flat shoes – me walking in heals is a nightmare!)

Thanks for stopping by, feel free to leave a comment and please follow the blog!

Also, you can follow me on instagram @emmalouisewalks

Blessings,
Emma Louise
